Our Priests

​Our priests are brothers of the Dominican order whose monastery is based in Koningin Emmaplein 13, Rotterdam

Father Michael-Dominique Magielse
 is Dutch and the prior of the monastery in Rotterdam as well as being a member of the provincial board. Although he sometimes celebrates Mass with us, he is responsible for the International Students’ Chaplaincy and the Surinamese community.
He is also one of the presenters of the religious programmes on the KRO-NCRV television channels.
Father Stefan Assinger
is Dutch and was ordained in June 2024.
He is partial to Gregorian music and is the initiator of the YouTube channel named
‘OP-Chant’.
Father Naveen Rodrigues
came to the Netherlands from India to support the Dominican community in Rotterdam. He is very sociable and has several years of pastoral experience.
He celebrates Mass with us whenever Father Michael-Dominque or Father Stefan are not available.
